Spa Policies:
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to give yourself time to change and relax. Late arrival deprives you of precious treatment time, as your appointment will end on time to respect the next scheduled guest.
- In addition to filling out our questionnaire, please notify our ASDS receptionist when booking your appointment of any physical conditions, disabilities, or allergies.
- Treatments involving deep tissue or heat are not recommended for pregnant women. However, mothers-to-be can enjoy all other ASDS services.
- Amenities are provided for your convenience and comfort.
- ASDS is not responsible for lost or missing items.
- Our highly trained professionals will discreetly drape you to respect your privacy and comfort at all times. We also recommend that you drink plenty of water following your spa treatments.
- To respect the serenity of ASDS and the comfort of our guests, we ask that all pagers and cell phones be turned off prior to entering ASDS.
- Unfortunately, our spa cannot accommodate children unless they are scheduled for a treatment.
- ASDS reserves the right to change published prices and polices.
- We require a credit card number to hold all appointments. In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment with us, we do require at least 24 hours notice. In the case of a same day cancellation or if you were to not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the total service. This is as a courtesy to the staff member, and so we may possibly accommodate the needs of other clients. However, we understand that emergency situations do arise and we will accommodate you in any way we can.
- Leaving gratuity is always left to the discretion of our clients. As in all service-related businesses, it is common practice to leave gratuity when the professional has performed a service to the client’s satisfaction. Customary gratuity in day spas is 20% or more of the cost of the treatment. Gift certificates for treatments do not include gratuities.
- We are confident that you will enjoy your experience at Absolute Serenity Day Spa & Rejuvenation Center and appreciate you sharing your experience with your friends and family.
Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions
- Gift Certificate can be redeemed for dollar amount value on services only.
- At least 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of an appointment.
- Failure to provide a 24 hour notice for a cancellation will result in a charge of the full cost of the appointment and will be deducted from the gift certificate.
- Any changes in scheduled appointments may result in additional charges.
- Gift Certificates have no expiration date.
- A monthly fee of 5% will be assessed against the remaining balance of the Gift Certificate after one year.
- Lost or stolen Gift Certificates cannot be replaced or refunded.
